Every Friday

Part 1: 9:00 AM to 11:50 AM (reception is until 11:00) 
Part 2: 12:00 PM to 3:50 PM (reception is until 3:00)

Please contact us by email outside of consultation hours.
The person in charge will review it and get back to you.

Notes

Please note that this consultation service is unable to assist with the following types of inquiries.

Diagnosis of medical conditions, suggestions for treatment methods, or assessments of current medical care
Inquiries that require specialized knowledge in law, taxation, etc.
Decisions regarding eligibility or treatment related to public assistance, social insurance, or various benefits

Before The Consultation

"The Consultation Desk for Foreign Workers and Employers in Fukushima Prefecture” is managed by a team, so specific counselors cannot be designated.
We will reply to the email address you provided in your email or to the email address you entered in the 'Email Address' field of the 'Contact Form' on our website.
We will respond to the received emails within one week, but depending on the consultation content or number of inquiries, it may take more time, so please understand in advance.
We are unable to respond to urgent inquiries.
